Virginity Blog

Good Morning - This is my first post on my brand new blog. I have been blogging for about 6 months on the topics of Lifestyle, Weight loss, Fitness and London Living.

I research weight-loss programs, diets, fitness plans, blogs and all the latest ideas every-day. Through testing, analysis and consulting feedback I have chosen the ideas that have worked for me and tried to create a plan that can help you change your life and help to choose a lighter and healthier way.

I am English – Living in London

Height: 5ft7
Weight at heaviest in 2005: 13st, 83kg, 182 pounds
Weight at lightest 2013: 9st, 57kg, 126 pounds
Weight at Goal will be: 8st10, 55KG, 121 pounds (I am working on this)

I work in an office job. I sit at a desk and spend most of my day sat down.
Due to the fact I live in the UK my fitness regime has been written with our weather in mind. Those of you who are lucky to live in warmer climates...take the exercises outside. Fresh air, oxygen and sunshine are one of the most powerful drugs your body needs!

My aim  is to supply a lifestyle regime that we can do every day that won’t affect work, our partners and our lives.
